Full Moon Party

Tonight I went to a full moon party which one of my neighbors was throwing. It was just a bunch of people from around the neighborhood and some of their friends. Jason (neighbor who held the party) is in a band and knows a lot of people in bands apparently. So they set up stuff and there were different bands playing. It was really fun and neat. I got to meet some neighbors which was nice because right now Chris and I only know the Booths who live right up from us. We hang out with them nearly every night. I met a lot of people which was nice but I sat for a while and talked to Jason's wife for a while about non-profit organizations and adoptions. It was really neat to hear all of her stories and things she knew about this and I could relate giving her stories about International Medical Relief which was a non-profit organization that i used to be involved with the family who ran and owned it as their nanny. I know a lot about the organization because of working for them and am trying to take a trip in a couple years with them. Anyways
Talking with her really made me realize that there is so much more that i could be doing and so much that other people could do that don't I really want to get more involved in non-profit organizations and charities for children in different countries and in the U.S. If anyone has an ideas of good organizations tell me....

Hey Julie! No baby yet? Do you think he's coming soon? I'm really excited for you! I was actually in Colorado last week, but enjoyed being lazy around my parent's house a little too much and didn't get out all that often. We'll have to get together the next time in town. By then you'll have your sweet little baby to show off!
